Beautiful villa, part of a complex of villas and charming houses, all independent and autonomous, surrounded by luxuriant, Mediterranean countryside with views of the Adriatic Sea and of Castro Marina.  All of the houses have outside terraces with pergolas, and independent access to an exclusive cove, comfortably furnished with umbrellas and sun beds (for the exclusive use of guests of the villa complex, each house having its own area).
The villa is found in the centre of the village and overlooks the fishing bay from which it takes its name, defined by the rock Lu Ciristoi to the north and the headland Mucurune to the south.  The well equipped Castro Marina lies behind this point.  20% DISCOUNT for bookings of more than one week during periods out of peak-high season.

Composition: The villa accommodates 8 people, with a large living/dinner room (which leads out onto an enchanting terrace),1 kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, 1 master  bedroom, 1 twin bedroom each with its own bathroom/shower.  An internal, wooden staircase leads down to the lower floor where there is a living room with 2 sinlge sofa-beds and another twin bedroom with bathroom/shower.The villa is equipped with mosquito nets only in the bedrooms windows.

The prices include electricity and water.  Bed and bath linen is available on request with an increase of 10% on the weekly or fortnightly price.  The weekly rent period is from Saturday to Saturday and,  during the period from late July to end August (Ex: 25/07 - 29/08), the house is possible to rent for min. 2 weeks.Throughout the rest of the year it is also available for weekly rentals.

DISTANCES:
Sea: 150 mt, private flat rocks bay with sun beds and ombrellas and with scales from which it is possible to plunge into the Adriatic sea.
In the nearest Village (Castro) 500 mt, it’s also possible to rent boats for trips and explore other quiet bays where the water is turquoise.
