Villa Adriatica LA PADRONALE:  8 + 2 Pax (4 master bedrooms; 1 Bedroom with 1 bunk-bed for the servitude). It’s an elegant, modern house, built in stone according to the local traditions. 
Interior layout:
3 master bedrooms which have a private bathrooms (one with bathtub) and satellite TV (suitable for SKY ), 1 master bedroom adjacent to 1 double bedroom with a bunk-bed (normally reserved for the servitude), a small bathroom/shower serving both bedrooms. All bedrooms are air conditioned and each with independent access from the garden, equipped kitchen (yes dishwasher), dining room for 14 seats, elegantly furnished living room with sea view and garden view.

Villa Adriatica I TRULLI: 6 Pax (3 master bedrooms)
Villa Adriatica I TRULLI it is a beautiful complex composed of 8 Trulli divided into two separate bodies.
Sleeping area (5 Trulli merged): 1 double bedroom with bath (bathtub) for exclusive use, 2 bedrooms with bath / shower in common. Two of the 3 bedrooms are equipped with AC and satellite TV (suitable for SKY ). They insist also two transit areas each equipped with a separate entrance from the garden.
Living area (3 Trulli merged): Fully equipped kitchen -no dishwasher (yes oven), dining room for 4 people, bath / shower. Outside area Trulli: 2 tables equipped for 12 persons, outside furniture/sunbeds.
Outside is a laundry room  with a small refrigerator.

EQUIPMENT: 1kitchen equipped with dishwasher. All the bedrooms are equipped with conditioned air and TV with satellite adapted for SKY – To watch SKY Channels it’s necessary to bring decoder SKY. 

The weekly rent period is from Saturday to Saturday.  The price includes 1 set of bed and bath linen, gas consumption and service of a cleaning lady  2 hours a day, 6 days a week. Excludes costs related to the consumption of water (about € 20.00 per person per week) and electricity consumption. Final cleaning fee  € 300.00
