The living units include two adjoining ‘pagliare’, typical round-shaped stone dwellings that are centuries old, with walls 2 metres wide, joined together by an old wood oven in perfect working condition.
The two ‘pagliare’ have been renovated and the two living units, originally separate, have been joined together and completely lined with stone to harmonize with the local architectural style.The property also features a 8x3 m swimming pool.
The interior layout is as follows:
- Main unit, 100 m2: 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, a small open-concept masonry sitting area and an outdoor area that could serve as a potential patio. The kitchen/living area opens to a corridor which leads to the two double bedrooms and to the bathroom. The outdoor area is furnished and includes an outdoor shower.
- Small unit, 60 m2: 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a 40 m2 outdoor patio with masonry couches. A small kitchen/living area opens to the bathroom and to the two bedrooms. It also features a covered porch furnished with masonry couches which serves as an outdoor living room.The indoor flooring is in stone and cement. The outdoor flooring is all stone. There is a large fully walk-on rooftop all floored with sandstone slabs, featuring a solarium and a chill out area for beautiful sea and sunset views.
