This modern building is located in the lower part of Castro Marina and overlooks the sea with two large terraces.  On the first terrace, there is a large open space used as a dining area covered in cane and shaded from the sun by a veranda.  The other terrace on a lower level provides shady and private areas perfect for sunbathing and relaxing.  Through a small gate, a pathway leads to the beach, where there are some flat rocks and a furnished terrace.  
Along the scenic road to Leuca (26 kilometres) you will find many small, attractive villages with restaurants where you can taste fresh seafood cooked in the local style.  A scenic downhill road goes from Castro Marina to the Zinzulusa grotto where you can visit the stalactites and the underground fresh water pools.  The stunning village of Santa Cesarea Terme is only 4 km away, a resort known for its beaches, thermal baths and for its elegant buildings dating to the beginning of the 20th century.

GROUND FLOOR:  a living room with a fireplace, that opens onto a large panoramic terrace with a view of the sea, (and where the open dining space is located) a dining room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom, a second living room with access to the terrace, a twin bedroom with a private bathroom with bath/shower,  and access to the terrace.
LOWER LEVEL: a single bedroom (with a queensize bed) with a  private bathroom with shower, a master bedroom with a private bathroom with shower (both bedrooms have access to another terrace with a sea view)
ON THE SIDE: a master bedroom with an extra bed and a private bathroom with shower, 2  master bedrooms with a private bathroom with shower.
There is direct access to the sea through the garden. There is a bungalow in the garden, with a bathroom that is used as storage for the marine and garden tools but it can also be used as a double bedroom.  

The weekly price includes water, electricity, gas consuption and bed and bath linen.
A domestic help is available on request for an extra cost of Euro 7 / hour. There is a final cleaning fee of € 180,00

Nearby there are comfortable beach clubs (500 mt). Wonderful Sandy beaches – Otranto  “Alimini” – are about 20 minutes a way by car. The Villa itself is charming, very comfortable, furnished with local products and especially attractive to nature and sea lovers who love to walk in Puglia.
