This beautiful and enchanting apartment located on the cliffs overlooking the sea, is part of an early 20th century building.  Its main characteristic is the spacious covered terrace/living area from which one can enjoy the spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea.  One has the impression of being on the bows of a ship;  wherever you look, even from the bedrooms, you see only sea, coast and the village, all of indescribable beauty. 

Interior layout:  A large terrace/living area overlooking the sea with sofas and white wicker beds, with matching cushions and a large dining table for 12 people.  Inside there is a living/dining room with 2 sofas, a kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 2 master with views of the sea, and 1 smaller room with 4 bunk-beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 toilet.  Washing machine.  Air-conditioner.   
Outside: The house also has a private path that leads to an equipped cove on the sea (masonry, sunbathing platforms, on various levels, with steps facilitating the access to the water) that is shared only with the other apartments of the complex, each with its own allocated space. In actual fact, it is only in August that you will be allotted a specific platform, as it is very busy in this month. So, in the other periods you might have the opportunity to choose, on discretion, the platform you like best.

The price includes electricity, water and bed and bath linen. Any further change of linen is provided for an additional charge of € 50. There is a final cleaning fee of € 100 . The weekly rent period is from Saturday to Saturday.
